This week in unity with creativity,
connectivity and healing emotions I have selected the three top links for you
to be inspired, motivated and moved by.
Primarily a
story writing feast of inspiration, prompts and advice I found Max Kirin’s blog
while scrolling around Tumblr looking for some references. His approach is
friendly, expressive, fun and motivational. His quotes are engaging, and his
prompts can be used as a self exercise as well if you are a journal keeper and
want to know more about yourself. Great for artists of any kind, I love his
content. He also has a correlating Youtube channel called M.Kirin
A good friend of mine shared this
link to one of her inspired friends with me. In this video Tanishka talks about
the integral important of connection, community and compassion for our fellow
men and women, and the importance of creating a loving, positive and sacred
awareness for the men in our lives to live to their full capacity in a healing
and loving way. A must watch to delve into the part that we each play as men
and women, with sun and moon energy.
This one was
so simple I had to share it. Easy to do, takes no time at all, and I realized I
do it anyway. The benefits of practice with full intent are amazing. I am
excited to dive into learning more about this practice, and it is something we
can all do at anytime, anywhere. Let me know your experiences after you have
